It's been such a crazy week - my head's still spinning. Actually that might be because I just pirouetted down the corridor but you know what I mean...

We've been on an emotional roller coaster with all that's happened to BB and his brother. Poor BB, he's only got us now, but at least we managed to cheer him up a little with all the street dancing we've learned!

Our end of year showcase is coming up in December and we want YOU to come and see us perform! We've been working towards it all year so it's gonna be MASSIVE with tons of singing and dancing. NEWSFLASH! No really people, this is major - it's only the release of our VERY FIRST ALBUM!!

All our most awesome songs are gonna be on it like 'Watch This Space', 'Missing Person', 'Proud', 'Wake Up' and 'Confessions'. It's available in shops and online from 24th November. I can't wait!!

So Claudine told me that shopping was an Olympic sport and I believed her. Why wouldn't I? It's like the most hardcore activity EVER. First you've got to select your target. Then there's fighting your way through high street crowds, weight lifting clothes to the fitting rooms and getting to the till - all before the shops close! Seriously, it's like doing a triathlon, only you can do it in cute heels.
